Mark McCaffrey has served on our board of directors since August 2025. Mr. McCaffrey currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of GoDaddy, Inc. (NYSE:GDDY), a role he has held since June 2021. Prior to this, Mr. McCaffrey worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ("PwC"), a professional services firm, for 26 years, including as a partner since July 2000. Most recently, Mr. McCaffrey served as PwC’s US Technology, Media and Telecommunications Leader. Mr. McCaffrey holds a B.B.A. degree in accounting from Pace University.
